Fun week!

WHOAH! Just finished clearing up the POOL PARTEH that we had.. Hahaz.. Had a really great time with all the food, chatting and just chilling out together.. Not forgetting to mention that 'I was forced to jump into the pool' part.. Hahaz!!

This week has been busy with school as usual.. But i went to stay with Felicia at Hilton when she was here! We had nice Korean dinner and Western breakfast together!! Hahaz.. Had a great time catching up, telling each other wonderful stories and updating one another..

These few days have been really stressed with Financial Management.. With the mid-semester test coming this Thursday, and an essay due on the same day, it is so not funny.. Moreover, i want to finish another report before Lisa comes so that i can fully enjoy myself when she is here.. ARGH! So much work to do! So little discipline! Wanted to pull my hair out when i was doing Financial Management yesterday cause i kept getting wrong answers! Hope that for mid-semester i can stay steady and calm..

I am SO LOOKING forward to this Saturday cause LISA IS COMING TO TOWN!! HAHAZ! So high lah! I am already thinking of the things to do.. Can cook and bake together, drink hot milo under the stars, gossip, snuggle together and so much more lesbian stuff!! Whoah~

Okie! I better get back to my work before i drag even more.. Argh, need to get so much done, but lack so much discipline! Irritated!

The excitement begins..

Okie, this is going to be a super short entry because i am SUPER tired and i have got a project meeting at 830am tomorrow.. First time got ang moh project mate more kan chiong than me.. You know why? Cause NOT Aussie! HAHAZ! From Czech Republic!

So this week i submitted my FIRST assignment, which was actually a presentation done to the class.. Hope i did well so that i can score cause it is like 40% of my grades! OMG LAH! Hahaz! Then was busy with school, RE DOING my assignment because my previous structure was wrong.. So double job right, hate it man.. Have also been busy with work, REALLY busy in fact due to the Ipswich Festival.. Hahaz...Broke my first plate today though.. Sian..

OH! Today UQ is like 100 years old! Centenarian sia! Hahaz! And then Huai An, Craig and me had a FEAST at home lah.. To tired to upload the photos now.. But for lunch/dinner we had: Garlic Bread, Stir Fry Prawns, Roasted Pumpkin, Vegetable Soup, Stir Fry Lettuce With Carrots, Fried Tofu, Fried Luncheon Meat and Chicken Wings and Drumlets! Hmmm, wondering if i missed anything out.. HIGH LAH! Hahaz!

OH MY GOODNESS! I HAVE TO ANNOUNCE THAT MY BESTIE IS COMING TO TOWN! WHOAH! So excited lah!!!!!!!!! I super cannot wait! Want to faster finish up all my assignments that i have 100% control over so that i can enjoy the time with her! Need to plan what we can do!! Oh my goodness, exciting to the max can! WHEEE!!! THANKS GOD MA!

Then in August, we are so going to Hong Kong!! WHA! I SUPER NEED to save money!! Want to buy road bike, mac book, blackberry, travel to Hong Kong AND Taiwan.. ARGH!!!

Memories..

I just watched the video of Ping Yi's performance at the recent SYF Competition 2010.. I am so touched by it, it actually made me cry.. I am so proud of all of them, and it also did bring back so0o0o0o0o0o much memories of my band days back in secondary schools..

Now Ping Yi has something to be proud of, the Band, like how Springfield was ONCE so ever glorified by the band as well.. I suddenly just felt this sudden pain emotionally, that it is such a waste for us to have split.. Because of teachers who are LAZY BUMS and wanted to wreck things apart, it has cost the school so dearly to lose one of its glory.. Band used to be the motivation for us to go to school, to study and to show the teachers that we band members can do it.. Now, i can only say that Springfield is so in the slumps with students that are so innocently dragged down due to some idiotic teachers.. Oh wells, i guess that is life right.. Win some, lose some...

This time round the marching style is really different and unique.. I kinda prefer the older style, maybe because i can relate more to it.. But this style is awesome too! In fact, i can see them getting gold with honors in 2012.. BUT! They still need to continue to work hard and not be complacent..

All i want to say is, I AM SO PROUD OF YOU ALL! WELL DONE! I AM SO PROUD AND HAPPY THAT ALL OF YOU HAVE COME SO FAR!

Fruitful Week....

This week has been rather fruitful to me.. Well, i worked, slacked, went to Surfers Paradise and Harbour Town, star gazed, celebrated Perlin's 21st and did some school work.. Noticed that the school work is at the end cause I really did minimal work as compared to what I have done the past 2 semesters..

Have been busy working and having fun.. Oh my, i spent $100 at Gold Coast on Wednesday on clothes and food! But not bad, i managed to DRIVE there and back! So exciting lah!! Driving is actually very fun, though stressful when the GPS decides to die on you.. Hahaz! Have to relay on road signs and intuition.. Hahaz..

Don't know why today like no mood to blog.. Maybe cause got headache and have been reading 3 stupid journal articles that needs so much brain power to understand.. OMG, my poor brain cells.. Hahaz..

OH! But i have something that I MUST SHARE!! Ping Yi Military Band got GOLD for the SYF Outdoor Band Competition 2010! WHOAH!! I am so happy and proud of all of them!! Wheeee! Hahaz.. That is the only major news i have to share though.. Hahaz!!

Oh, i also did star gaze at my backyard on Friday night, by the pool with Huai An.. We had a good topic discussion, about life here, life back in Singapore, relationships, expanding one's social circle, religion and many many more.. I never knew that the back of the house is such a good place to relac one corner! Hahaz! Just that, how i wish i could share it with people really special.. =)

This week has been a good break, even though the stress not really in yet.. Hahaz! From this week onwards, assignment deadlines are POURING in and I HAVE TO CHIONG LIAO!! No more slacking!! ARGH!! This Wednesday i have a presentation and i REALLY want to excel in it.. Hope it would be good enough for my tutor and my classmates would like the presentation! No, more like LOVE! Hahaz..

I shall get back to reading journals and hopefully have a fruitful night to end this really awesome week.. I am so counting down to the days till i graduate.. But then again, I know that somehow, I WILL miss this place, especially when you have got awesome housemates like Craig and Huai An.. Not forgetting Yu Jin and Tian Chuang...

Mid-sem Break!

WHOAOH! Tomorrow no school! It is the start of the mid-semester break! YIPEE!! Wha lau, but then ah, it is also high time for me to get started with my assignments man.. I am SO WAY BEHIND TIME... Oh no!

I have been busy with work, but NOT school work.. Hahaz! Wha, this weekend was the Easter weekend! So on Good Friday, i got my pay at a rate of 2.5! AWESOME RIGHT!! Hahaz.. Then yesterday and today is normal rate.. But oh wells, better than nothing eh! After all, the greatest satisfaction i get from working is when someone tells me that they have had an AWESOME cup of coffee made by me! Hahaz! Which i did on Friday! So happy lah!!

Yesterday we went to Sunny Banks.. Got to know of a new asian grocery store, which sells loads of Taiwan products! Hahaz.. Next time, IF going again i shall head there to get my items! OH! I finally got my MANTOU! YIPEE!! Yesterday was a torture lah , i had to so super control my spending.. Cannot buy more stuff because my cupboard is so stuffed with food items!! Hahaz! so guai know, i only bought 4 items yesterday..

Then after that we went for dinner at this Taiwan restaurant and had bubble tea!! Hahaz! I had an AWESOME time driving too! I love to drive lah! so fun! And it gives me the chance to practice!! Thanks babes for entrusting me with the car and your lives! Hahaz!

I am so sian right now, very restless yet am really tired from work and running.. I went running with Huai An today! He brought me to this SUPER STEEP SLOPE to run.. OMG! I have NOT ran up such a steep slope in my life before lah.. Apparently, there is another steeper one! Okie, i shall make an attempt to run up the other one when i am comfortable with the current one.. And ah, i ran so slow lah.. Machiam tortoise sia.. Hahaz.. It is like half the speed of Huai An.. super paiseh,. Hahaz! But i had a great time running lah, because running with a buddy is always so much more fun than running alone..

Okie, i think i shall get back to my TV! Watching Devil Wears Prada right now! Then i think i will sleep early.. Tomorrow is going to mark a new start, a start to kick my butt to get started on ALL my assignments and to finish at least 1 of them! You can do it Sheryl! Find back the discipline that you had since semester one! JIA YOU!!

Oh, it is so depressing that my Graduation Day is on the LAST DAY of the graduation week! ARGH! Means i can only go back Singapore like the END of July lah.. Thought can go back earlier.. SIan.. Oh wells, at least i am graduating! =) With high distinctions i hope! Hehe..
